FAQ'S

How much is the deposit and is it refundable?

I require a 25% deposit to book in your session date, and this is non-refundable. The remaining amount is due two weeks before your session.

How do you accept payment?

I accept payment via bank deposit.

What kind of equipment do you shoot with?

I use a Canon EOS 1500D with 35mm - 85mm & 85mm-200mm lenses.

Does it cost to have you travel?

Unless is requires overnight accommodation or it is outside the wider Wellington region, travel is included, in the session cost.

How many images can we expect?

This depends on the collection see the product pages for more information. All of these images will be delivered to you via a personal online gallery on google drive with low-resolution and high-resolution files.

How and when will we receive our images?

You can receive a highlights video or social media sneak peak, one week after your wedding to share with your friends and family on social media. You will then receive your full album four - six weeks from your wedding day; via a personal online gallery on google drive. The google drive folder can be shared with family and friends if you provide their emails. You will also receive a USB with your album; a couple of weeks after the online gallery has been delivered.

Will you post photos of our wedding online?

I always post a couple of highlight images on Facebook and Instagram; a couple of days after your wedding.

Privacy Policy

We understand that the information you give to us is personal and we’re committed to respecting your privacy.

Your privacy is extremely important to us, under no circumstances will we share any information.

From time to time we may use your images for promotion on our website, Instagram or Facebook or advertorial.

If you have any concerns with your images being used please contact us directly through the contact us form.You may print or share all of your images, but please do not attempt to resize, distort, claim as your own or edit the photographic integrity of the images.

Payment Policy

Payment of wedding booking requires a 25% deposit to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

All other photography payment is due before or within a week of your session. Flexible payment options are available upon discussion on an individual basis.

Refund Policy

If in the event you need to cancel or move a photography session. Our preferred options are to work with our clients to secure a new booking date. However, if you are cancelling for reasons beyond your control other than changing your mind, we are happy to refund the total amount minus the 25% deposit and any expenses incurred (for example travel, flights, accommodation) as a result of the booking.

If you are not completely satisfied with your images please send us a message on our contact page and we will get back to you.

Personal Liability

In using our site, you agree to this policy and give your consent for us to use your information as outlined.

Bloom Photography by Aleisha 2023 is not legally responsible for any damages, accidents, injury or losses you may incur while attending a photography session your personal safety, is your own individual responsibility.

Collecting Data

The circumstances in which we may collect your information include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Purchasing products online

· Signing up to, or taking part in photography events or promotions

· Arranging bookings for photography sessions

Storing Data

We don’t store your credit card details.

We may store your name, address, phone number and email for future promotions. If you wish to opt out simply email us to be excluded from our mailing list.

Using Data

We may contact you by email if you sign up to our email subscription.

The only instances where we would disclose personal information about you are;
If we’re required to disclose information in order to meet any legal obligations
